Brooks is a businessman, philanthropist, and former Minister for Civil Society in the UK. He served as Member of Parliament for Braintree (2005–2015) and was previously a Senior Partner and Head of Europe at Apollo Global Management.

Brooks is leading investor relations and finance functions and is involved in all daily operations.

Ivan is a Ukrainian combat veteran, entrepreneur, and finance professional. A graduate of the College of William and Mary (USA), he held finance roles at IBM across Europe and Central Asia before returning to Ukraine in 2014. In 2022, Ivan joined the Ukrainian Armed Forces and fought in Bakhmut and Soledar with the 10th Mountain Assault Brigade. After being injured in battle three times, he was honourably discharged and dedicated all his efforts to strengthening Western defense capabilities. Ivan is leading the executive team and ensures constant product feedback from the battlefield.

Bob Seely is a British soldier, former war correspondent, and MP with three decades of experience analyzing complex security threats. He served on multiple military tours, including Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, and against ISIS, receiving an MBE for his service.

His 2025 book, The New Total War, examines Russia’s modern warfare model and its relevance to future conflicts. Bringing a strong network across military and civilian sectors, Bob leads sales, government relations, and strategic partnerships.

Oleksii Tretiak is a multidisciplinary CTO with deep expertise in AI/ML, cryptography, highload systems, and hardware-software integration.

He combines strong technical execution with the ability to architect and deliver complex products in both commercial and defense domains. As a startup advisor and hackathon winner, he brings a proven innovation mindset, plus experience leading cross-functional R&D teams and driving technology from concept to deployment.

Viktoriia Kulchytska is a commercial leader in defence technology with over eight years of experience in the global IT sector, where she led international programs, scaled businesses, and built strategic partnerships.

In 2022, she transitioned into the unmanned systems industry, focusing on autonomous drones for high-precision inspection and later working with optical navigation solutions. She subsequently led the commercial function at a company developing advanced military training simulators.

Lord David Richards is a retired senior British Army officer and Peer who served as Chief of the Defence Staff, head of the British Armed Forces. He served in the Far East, Germany, and Northern Ireland with the Royal Artillery, later commanding forces in East Timor and Sierra Leone, where his actions helped protect Freetown during the Civil War. He also served with NATO and commanded the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan from 2006 to 2007 during its nationwide expansion.

Valeriy Kondratyuk is a Ukrainian military commander and intelligence officer with the rank of lieutenant general. He served as Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine from 2016 to 2019. Earlier, he held diplomatic posts, including Senior Assistant Defence Attaché at the Embassy of Ukraine in the United States. He later led counterintelligence at the Security Service of Ukraine from 2014 to 2016, then headed the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, and served as Head of Ukraine’s Military and Foreign Intelligence Service from 2020 to 2021.

Ralph Goff is a 35-year veteran of the CIA where he was a six-time Chief of Station with extensive service in Europe, the Middle East, and Central and South Asia including several war zones. He served as Chief of Operations for Europe and Eurasia.

Goff also served as Chief of the CIA National Resources Division, working extensively with C-suite US private sector executives in the financial, banking, and security sectors.

Glenn is a retired U.S. Government Senior Executive with more than 25 years at the Central Intelligence Agency, including four tours as Chief of Station in Eurasian and Middle Eastern countries vital to U.S. security.

Across a 34-year career in intelligence, diplomacy, and research, he developed deep expertise in Russian and regional affairs. Since retiring in 2023, he has advised companies on leadership and geopolitics, teaches at the Institute of World Politics, and brings strategic insight to Trypillian.
